Teetliyan Bridal — Custom Orders
Effective for all custom and made-to-order purchases.
All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders
At Teetliyan, every custom order is crafted exclusively for you — made to your measurements, chosen fabrics, and personal specifications. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders once production has begun.
Order Cancellations

We Do Accept Alterations
We want you to love your garment. If there is a sizing issue based on the measurements we recorded, we will correct it at no additional cost, provided you:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos clearly showing the fit concern
- Return the item unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
Alterations do not apply to measurement changes submitted by the customer.

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We are not liable for customs fees, duties, or delays
- All international disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Book Your Slot
Choose a date and time that works for you. In-store appointments are available at Ridgeway Plaza, Mississauga. Virtual appointments are available via phone or video call.
Your Consultation
Whether in store or online, we will walk you through our full bridal collection, discuss custom sizing, colour options from our pastel range and help you find the perfect look for your special day.
Custom Order Discussion
We will take your measurements, discuss any design modifications and walk you through our colour customisation options so your outfit is made exactly the way you imagined it.
Your Order is Placed
Once you are happy we confirm your order and begin the handcrafting process. You will receive regular updates throughout.
Delivery
Your custom piece is delivered within 8–24 weeks depending on the intricacy of the embroidery work.
