For in-store appointments we take your measurements ourselves. For virtual consultations we will guide you step by step on how to take your own measurements accurately from home. We will also send you a simple measurement guide after your booking is confirmed.

Absolutely. We offer virtual consultations via phone or video call for customers across Canada, the USA and internationally. We will show you the full collection on camera and discuss all your requirements in detail.
Yes. All of our pieces are available in custom colour options from our pastel collection. During your consultation we will show you the available colour options and help you choose what works best for your skin tone and wedding theme.
In-store consultations typically take between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Virtual consultations are around 30 minutes. We never rush — this is your special day and we want to get every detail right.
All custom orders are delivered within 8–12 weeks from the date of order confirmation. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the embroidery and customization work involved.
We keep you updated throughout the entire process. You will receive updates at key milestones — when your order is confirmed, when embroidery begins, when stitching is complete and when your order is dispatched.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, e-transfer and cash for in-store purchases. Payment details will be discussed during your consultation.
